The approach
We live in a world that disconnects us.From our bodies. From our food. From nature. From each other. From ourselves. We spend our days in our heads, on screens, consuming things that cause us harm, and wondering why we feel hollow, anxious, lost and exhausted.This work is about returning. To connection, grounding, vitality, and joy. To feeling genuinely alive again. Not as a goal to chase but as a natural state to come back to.Getting physically and mentally strong, coming home to your body, and reconnecting with nourishing food are the foundations of an energised, empowered, meaningful life.This isn't an ego chase and it's not about self-optimisation. You are not a machine whose life revolves around stats. You are a human being, and this work is about helping you come fully home to that.
How I work

Strength Training
Resistance training designed for a busy life. Build stronger muscles & bones, improve hormonal health, develop confidence and resilience that carries you through the ups and downs.

Mindfulness & Yoga
Develop a daily meditation and weekly yoga practice. This is a core intervention for an overstimulated nervous system. Reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and come back to yourself.

Habit Coaching
Simple daily habits built gradually and tracked consistently. Mindful eating and food awareness, daily walking, time in nature, rest, and reflection. Small enough to start immediately, meaningful enough to compound into real change.
Grounded Strength - 12 Week Programme
Grounded Strength is a holistic transformation programme that uses strength training as the foundation.Over 12 weeks you will build genuine, sustainable physical strength, establish a daily meditation practice, develop a healthy relationship with food, and create the habits that keep everything in place long after we finish.Your progress will be tracked via an app, and every week you receive a personal video response from Nigel regarding your progress.Every month you'll have a 45-minute coaching call together. The programme is built around your life, your schedule, and your physiology.

About Me
I'm Nigel, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Certified Menopause Coach.I've spent almost a decade helping people develop their health and wellbeing... from fitness studios and yoga spaces to corporate buildings and mental health hospitals.This work is rooted in my childhood. Growing up with a parent suffering from debilitating depression, anxiety, and OCD planted a deep desire within me to understand how to help, and how to live a full, thriving life.Since then I've been a seeker. Looking for answers in different places... across the world and within, through eastern philosophy and western psychology and science. The study continues.I'm also dyslexic and dyspraxic. This has allowed me to see things differently and make connections many others don't. But being neurodivergent comes with its challenges, I know what it's like when conventional approaches feel overwhelming, when you feel like you don't fit in and when something more embodied and adaptive is what actually helps.My mission is to empower people to live with more energy, vitality, and genuine connection to themselves and the world around them.
